After beginning her real estate journey in Property Management, Rayan quickly developed a strong foundation within the industry and a clear passion for residential sales. Prior to real estate, she built an extensive career working across youth justice, case management, and community support roles within the Victorian justice system, where she developed exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Known for her warm and approachable nature, Rayan has a natural ability to build trust and rapport with people from all walks of life. Her professionalism, strong work ethic, and driven mindset make her a valuable addition to the Village team as she continues to grow her long-term career in real estate sales.
