Rachael joins Village as Executive Assistant to John Luong and Joseph Luppino, bringing with her more than a decade of real estate experience, exceptional organisational skills and a deep understanding of the property industry.

With a career spanning property management, executive support and marketing, Rachael has developed a well-rounded perspective of what it takes to deliver outstanding results in real estate. Her extensive experience supporting directors and senior agents, combined with her background managing campaigns, coordinating sales processes and building strong client relationships, allows her to provide seamless support across every aspect of the business.

Before joining Village, Rachael held senior roles across Melbourne’s leading real estate agencies, where she worked closely with sales teams, property owners, buyers and external partners. Her experience in marketing has seen her oversee property campaigns, coordinate creative content and manage brand initiatives, while her years as a Senior Property Manager have given her a strong foundation in communication, negotiation and client service.

Known for her calm approach, attention to detail and ability to stay one step ahead, Rachael thrives in fast-paced environments where organisation and relationship building are key.
