Courtney has been a valued member of the Village team since joining in 2018 as a Senior Property Manager, bringing with her extensive experience, a genuine passion for property management and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Throughout her time at Village, Courtney has built lasting relationships with rental providers and renters alike, earning a reputation for her professionalism, organisation and thoughtful approach. Her years managing residential portfolios have given her a deep understanding of the property management journey and the importance of communication, attention to detail and proactive care.

After welcoming her two children, Courtney transitioned into her role as Property Management Coordinator, where she continues to play an integral part in supporting the wider property management team. She oversees compliance processes, helps ensure best practice across the department and provides guidance and support that allows the team to deliver a consistently high level of service.

Courtney’s knowledge, calm nature and ability to navigate the ever-changing requirements of property management make her an invaluable asset to both the team and Village clients. She takes pride in creating efficient systems, supporting her colleagues and ensuring every property is managed with care.
